Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plenty mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by Netkreatives (“we”, “us”). By using Plenty, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Using Plenty
You may use Plenty only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
2. Your account
Some features require an account, created through Apple or Google sign-in. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. You’re responsible for anything that happens under your account.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the lists, items, notes, and other content you create in Plenty (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, to sync it across your devices and the people you share lists with.
4. Sharing
When you share a list, the people you invite can view and edit it. Only share with people you trust, and only share content you have the right to share.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
- Plenty is free to download and use for its core features. Some features may require a paid subscription (“Premium”).
- Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorised means, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Plenty available and reliable, but we provide the Service “as is” and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We’ll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plenty is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using Plenty and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgium, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
